UIW Mission


Position Summary
The Assessment Coordinator is responsible for managing the assessment plan for the Feik School of Pharmacy (FSOP) including planning, collecting, analyzing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating student learning assessment data. This position works with various stakeholders, including administrators, faculty, and staff in coordination efforts. The Assessment Coordinator reports to the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of best practices for direct/indirect assessments.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and coordinate numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal; proficiency in the ability to present complex reports to those with less or no expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
  • Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.


Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree.

Required Work Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data preparation and statistical analysis including building complex electronic reports requiring relational database experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with project management and documentation.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Qualtrics or similar online survey tools.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in information management, statistics, assessment, or related field.
  • Experience with computer-based testing (ExamSoft), learning management systems (Canvas), and online assessment platforms.
  • Experience with routine software, particularly utilizing advanced functions.
  • Advanced skills in SPSS or another statistical program.

Work Hours
Typical Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional extended hours/weekends to meet departmental needs.
