Senior Relationship Manager

NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, a global leader in business education, has a challenging opportunity for a Senior Relationship Manager in our Office of Career Development. The Senior Relationship Manager will develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate recruiters to solicit interest in recruiting Stern full-time MBA students. S/he will manage the daily on-campus recruitment activities for these firms, including corporate presentations, interviews, office hours, and targeted networking receptions. The selected candidate will partner closely with career counselors to develop and deliver the necessary resources for successfully navigating the job search process. S/he will develop and conduct student workshops, review student resumes and cover letters, advise students on the recruitment process and provide feedback from prospective employers. S/he will coordinate and implement two annual Career Fairs and an annual Recruiters' Day.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 3 years' relevant experience in human resources, corporate recruiting, career development, or related field. Candidates must possess a proven ability to cultivate corporate partnerships and develop placement initiatives. Excellent presentation, written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also required. Experience in a corporate environment is highly preferred.
